Ahhh puppies. Jenny and I have been looking at adopting a dog. We're going to get a beautiful 7 month old Lab/bull mix. Super mellow dog, doesn't bark, likes to go for walks and chill out sitting in our laps when we hang out with her at the shelter.

We've been watching the Dog Whisperer to catch up on proper puppy training.

Now whenever I misbehave, Jenny is giving me the trademark Caesar "SZZZTT!" sound. If im really doing something bad, its a poke with two fingers in my ribs-
"to break zee puppies concentration, ahhnd for yooouu to reeeehmain Calm, and Dominant."

But in all fairness I'm brushing my teeth much more regularly, I no longer start yelling randomly when the doorbell rings, and Im much calmer when its dinner time. Im no longer allowed in the kitchen while shes cooking --"zeees is immediate space, keep ze dog outside of this area while preeeparing the food"

Just kidding.

So there are some interesting events coming up.

This saturday, I am playing Human Evolution. It features
"techno, progressive, drum and bass..." ect. You get the picture. This is not a burner party. Its more above ground. I havent been to one of their parties yet, but it looks like an oldschool rave vibe. The headliner is DJ Prophet7- its more of a If theres a style of music you like, at some point during the night you'll hear it. I'll be going on very, late- 5am. I have a friends birthday celebration earlier in the evening, so I wont roll in there until the wee hours of the morning.

Next thursday, June 18th I will be dropping tunes with some live bands at
SAINTE ROCKE down in hermosa beach- right near redondo and manhattan beach. They have some great bands playing that night. that will be a blast!

Saturday day, for those of you interested in local burning man participation, there is a town hall meeting for LA Burners. details below.

We're having a Town Hall Meeting for all of you to attend, meet the
regionals, meet the other people, get involved, and enjoy a refreshing
bowl of ice cream! Also! Survey results!
